I haven't changed anything in the settings of my message; however, it was recently brought to my attention that the emails are now going out as (unknown sender) even though I have the name and email address fields filled out. I tried setting up a new message and it has the same problem. Can you please look into this?

Which version of Wordpress are you using?
I did have a look, but could not find anything wrong. It is working fine on my instance, and I believe for the majority of users. Unless somebody is able to indicate what the issue could be, I am not going to be investigating this any further. Maybe somebody else would like to spend a few minutes of their time fixing the issue (?).
